largest ones Players of Chess of the history in the current players
opinion, the objective of this message is to ask it that, if possible,
to publicize this research among the associated of your Club /
Federation, as well as also to request yours participation, because I
consider important!
         In case you have interest in contributing in this enterprise,
I thank a lot, below it follows a small regulation, it is enough to vote
us players that it considers the three larger of all the times.
         The result of the present research will be a correspondent for

                         REGULATION
 
 1 - this research is open to any user Internet, that possesses
 e-mail address, voting in any player of the world, in activity
 or not.
 
 2 - an only vote triple will only be accepted by e-mail address.
         Only § - vote complement won't be accepted in the case in that
 the first message doesn't contain the three allowed votes, the not
 filled they will be considered " in white ".
 
 3 - to present research it is not divided by categories, that is to
say, the vote it is for the best player of all the times.
 
 4 - it is not allowed to vote in players non humans (programs of
 computer), such votes will be considered null.
 
 5 - it is recommended, of preference, answer in Portuguese, English or
 Spanish.
 
 6 - it is recommended to write the complete name of the player that is
